Once you have completed your order, go to view your Shopping Cart where you can either remove items you don't want and/or continue on to process the order. Once you have placed your order by entering your information into the selected fields, you will then be directed to our secure server to enter your credit card details. As soon as this is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be dispatched immediately.
Please make sure to have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any email confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated emails to be wrongly directed there.

Pearliewhitestore.com delivers to all addresses in Singapore except to P.O. Boxes. SingPost non-registered mail is used for local delivery. Please note that we are unable to do a Track & Trace for any non-registered mail.
We charge a cost as low as SGD$1.50 for local delivery. Our delivery cost is derived based on the total weight of your order. Please note that the cost listed below is applicable only to local Non-registered mail.

If problem occurs in the release of products in Customs that is not related to the product shipment or the product itself, we are not bound to comply with any of the duties and responsibilities. The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is calculated and executed upon receipt of item in your country, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.

If you qualify for a free gift with your purchase, we ship the gift free of charge.
Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled. A 20% processing fee will be charged if for some reason, we allow an order to be cancelled. If an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, we will refund the full amount paid.
Currently, Pearliewhitestore.com does not provide any refunds, but we will gladly replace any item that is faulty or if we shipped you a wrong item by accident. In cases of return of a faulty item, it must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
If something is not right, let us know immediately. Email us at onlinestore@pearliewhite.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement. Please do not return goods without first informing us, since sometimes it may be that only technical advice is needed.
Should the product need to be returned, the customer will bear the return delivery charge to Pearliewhitestore.com and Pearliewhitestore.com will pay the delivery charge to send the item back to the customer. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Goods returned should be in the same condition as when the complaint was first made or it will not be accepted for return.
